My Identity Journey

A functional personal development training that places identity at the center of your life. It teaches how to stay calm in times of change, how to act from love instead of fear – and how to create results that truly align with who we are.

From unexpected opportunities to difficult events like divorce, job loss, the death of a loved one, or an inner crisis – My Identity Journey doesn't see these moments as obstacles, but as doorways into the next phase of personal transformation. 

The My Identity Journey training lasts three days and focuses on three key areas: achieving results, cultivating inner peace, and developing the ability to recognize, accept, and integrate the changes life brings

At the very heart of the program is identity – understood as a dynamic, multi-layered structure that we live, shape, and transform every day.

We perceive identity through various aspects that can be activated individually or simultaneously—depending on what we want to achieve.

One of the main goals of the training is for participants to become aware of and experience the parts of their identity they want to strengthen during the program, so they can physically integrate them and connect them with desired behaviors.

Once certain aspects of identity are activated, they begin to support and guide our actions toward meaningful results and social recognition. Over time, these patterns become filters that shape what we perceive and how we respond—often becoming sources of tension, especially when we feel out of control.

Throughout the training, we combine theoretical insights, cognitive and somatic exercises, work with cards, and essential oils to open up multiple perspectives and activate different channels of personal insight.

The program is designed as a combination of training and group coaching, held in a safe and supportive environment that creates space for deep and sustainable personal transformation.

My Identity Journey is designed for people in mid-adulthood, especially those in their late 30s to early 60s, who have already stepped onto the path of personal growth and self-awareness.

Why is this program valuable?

In everyday life, we often—sometimes unconsciously—sacrifice one of the dimensions of results, peace, or love in favor of another. We chase success but lose touch with ourselves. Or, conversely, we immerse ourselves in personal development while abandoning tangible results in the real world. Yet, between these extremes lies a whole spectrum of subtle shades. The key question is: Does it have to be this way? Or is there a way to integrate these dimensions—without inner conflict?

My Identity Journey offers exactly this path: the integration of personal transformation and external success.

It is a journey toward deeper self-understanding, lasting inner connection, and courageous, conscious action in the outer world. This training develops your inner flexibility and strengthens resilience. It helps you stay grounded while aiming for sustainable fulfillment—not from pressure, but from clarity, inner alignment, and genuine inner peace.

The goal of the training is to help you create a personal map that will allow you to further deepen self-awareness while supporting you in achieving the best possible outcomes—those that are truly right for you.

Throughout the training, you will experience a series of carefully designed exercises and coaching conversations, supported by guided breathwork practices such as transformational breath journeys, work with essential oils, and active planning. These elements support the deeper integration of the insights you gain.

By combining an intuitive-emotional and a cognitive-rational approach, we create the conditions for a deeper alignment of heart and mind—that is, a synchronization of the left and right brain hemispheres, which forms the essential foundation for entering a state of flow.

What can you expect from the training?

Day 1: Foundations

We open the first day of My Identity Journey with one of the most profound and challenging questions posed by great minds across centuries: "Who am I?"
This question leads us into the heart of the program and its foundational assumptions. In the opening sessions, we explore how identity is formed and transformed throughout life, and how it influences every aspect of our existence – fom the decisions we make to the way we perceive ourselves and the world around us.

Through interactive sessions and guided exercises, we trace the key stages of identity development and the personal experiences that shape them. Special attention is given to personal goal setting and unexpected life events (how they have shaped us, how we responded, and what meaning we derived from them).

The content is inspired by models such as Logical Levels, as well as the work of classical and contemporary philosophers and psychologists, blended with the rich experience of the facilitators.
We conclude the day with our first integration session: a guided breathing practice, supported by music and deep meditation.

Day 2: Dimensions of Identity and Achievement

The second day focuses on a deeper exploration of the four dimensions of identityphysical, social, intuitive, and psychological – and how they relate to personal achievement.

Through carefully designed experiential activities, participants examine how each dimension shapes their perception, thoughts, reactions, and decision-making. These dimensions are not just traits—they are living parts of us that, when integrated, become powerful resources for goal achievement.

We work on re-connecting with the body as the foundational carrier of identity, opening space for somatic awareness and grounded presence. Using Essence Cards and essential oils, participants access intuition through sensory and symbolic pathways, uncovering insights that lie beneath conscious awareness.

We also explore the roles we occupy in daily life – within families, teams, partnerships – and how these roles influence our identity. Working with Jungian archetypes, we illuminate the internal patterns and symbolic forces that guide our behavior and shape the way we relate to the world.

By the end of the day, each participant begins to build their personal identity map—a living system where every dimension has its own voice, meaning, and potential to contribute to clarity, inner peace, and intentional action. This wholeness becomes the basis for results that are both measurable and meaningful.

Day 3: Integration and Action!

The final day is dedicated to connecting with one's core essence – the authentic self that exists beyond roles, titles, and social masks. The focus is on integrating the insights gained throughout the training and translating them into concrete actions that shape your life going forward.

Through structured reflection and guided processes, participants learn to consciously navigate between different aspects of their identity and their core self – choosing, in each moment, how they wish to show up.
A personal six-month transformation plan is developed, including clear, measurable goals that are aligned with internal values and clarity.

We close the program with a powerful integration session, combining breathing techniques, music, and guided meditation. This final experience creates space for deep internal alignment and opens the door for what comes next.

As Mahatma Gandhi said: "If you want to change the world, start with yourself."

Why do we combine coaching with conscious breathwork?

Transformational breathwork brings a key dimension of support that complements the traditional coaching approach. In situations where certain emotions, behavioral patterns, or deeper themes are difficult to articulate, conscious breathwork provides access to these layers through the body.

Our nervous system often stores experiences and stress patterns outside the conscious mind—precisely in areas that coaching may not always reach. Breathwork techniques allow these layers to be activated and gradually released. Scientific research in neuroscience, trauma work, and somatic approaches shows that the body "remembers" everything the mind has suppressed.

In this program, breathwork primarily serves as an integrative element. Coaching brings a range of new insights and impulses for change—and conscious breathing helps process these shifts on the level of the body and nervous system. This allows the client to safely experience and anchor what would otherwise remain only in the realm of words and thoughts.

The combination of coaching and breathwork creates space for deeper, lasting change—not only at the level of awareness but also in bodily experience and inner integration.

Participants thus gain the opportunity to connect rational insight with emotional release and real progress both in the body and in life.

The My Identity Journey program was created by Pedja Jovanović in 2017. The program evolved into its current form during 2023 and 2024 through collaboration with Ivana Blečić and Štěpánka Jovanović, bringing together diverse expertise and shared vision.
